Along with extensive renovations at McLean Park, Napier City Council aimed to raise the venue's profile and improve the visitor experience; a key part of this effort was enhancing wayfinding. Auckland-based design consultancy DallowBoss was commissioned to determine the scope of the project and subsequently prepare a wayfinding Master Plan – next we brought the strategy to life by creating vibrant graphic elements that introduced a fresh identity. We also seamlessly integrated Te Reo Māori, creating a unique look that fits well with the park’s architecture.
